Stromness and further beyond boasts a number of shops, cafes and restaurants selling the best of what Orkney has to offer.   Stromness also has a local Co-op at the North End of the town.

Stromness

Orkney Fish is a local fishmongers within a couple of minutes walk from Hamn-vagr.  They sell a wide range of fresh fish and Orkney crab. 

This famlly run butchers are suppliers of high quality Orkney produce including the famous Orkney Beef as well as local pork, lamb and homemade specialities.

Family run bakery situated in the heart of Stromness selling a wide selection of bread, rolls, pastries, pies and delicious biscuits.  

Bay Leaf Delicatessen

A popular deli in the heart of Stromness stocking a wide range of artisan cheeses, loose olives, fresh and smoked fish.

The Co-Op, Ferry Road.  You can get most of your general grocery supplies here (Open 7 days a week 7am - 10pm).

 

There is a Tesco and Lidl on the Pickaquoy Road, Kirkwall (Open 7 days a week)
